Is there a minimum monthly commitment?

All our Menopause Plans are 4 months in length. Why? Because it takes 97% of our clients around 10-12 weeks to see FULL reduction of all their reported symptoms

And most importantly we are building LONGTERM results with our clients. We don’t want this to be yet another temporary result, so we are building results you can MAINTAIN longterm – that can’t happen in a couple weeks

Do I have to buy any special food, bars, supplements, pills, etc?

NO – The only supplement a Menopausal Woman NEEDS to take is a vitamin D, everything else can be done via food

So we don’t use supplements in our plans

We also specialise in symptom reduction WITHOUT HRT so you will not require to see any of our results

All our nutrition plans are built around each woman’s food preferences. So during the onboarding stage we will be learning what foods YOU like, your usual meals, family meals etc and we will use that as the template to build your nutrition plan from

Do I need to join a gym?

No – just like the nutrition aspect is completely built around YOU, so is the exercise element

We will learn what (if anything) you are currently doing, your time and any equipment you have access to

We have clients who only walk, clients who do bodyweight exercises at home, clients who go to pilates, clients who train in the gym – completely different each time
