Session 3: Consistency Catalyst: Tools & Tips for a Balanced Busy Life, Discover practical tools to integrate optimal nutrition & mindfulness practises into YOUR life. Learn how to prioritise self-care without sacrificing productivity so you can consistently prioritise your hormone health.

Workshop: Habit Mapping Workshop, Get a habit tracking worksheet to help identify which habits support or hinder your health goals as you move throughout the week. Gain some accountability in this session with other women within the community.

Session 4: Longterm Maintenance with Reverse Dieting: The Blueprint to Maintain Results, Learn the importance of a reverse diet after reaching your weight goal, exactly what it is and how to implement.

Session 5 Beat the heat: Tips To Remain Consistent with Movement & Training through Summer months, Learn how to adjust your training when on vacation, and how to the body can be impacted with the changes in weather
